Lyle Dickerson Model 8014 Bamboo Rod 8' 2/2 #6

For sale here is an original Lyle Dickerson Model 8014 bamboo rod. 8', 2/2 for a 6 weight line. Built in 1967. Excellent+ original condition. All sections are full-length. The rod weighs 4.55 oz. Payne-style grip with down-locking hardware and walnut insert. Brown silk thread wraps with black edging. Blued nickel silver ferrules and guides. Typical Dickerson loop to loop style hookkeeper. No winding check. Classic 3x3 Dickerson node pattern. The ferrule fit is great. The grip is slightly soiled but is very solid with some minimal ridging.  Varnish still in excellent condition. Comes with original bag, and original tube with black plastic cap.
