The modified full wells grip is 6 3/8" in length with very minor ridging. Blued nickel silver down-locking reel seat over a mortised cork spacer. PHY maker stamp on the butt cap. The step-down ferrules are size 18/64 with a great fit. The rod weighs 5.70 oz. The action is a very powerful medium-fast that feels surprisingly light in the hand. This rod is a cannon.
