For sale here is a Thomas & Thomas Henry's Fork bamboo rod from T&T's Individualist Series. Serial #5418 made in the early 2000's.
From the early 1990s catalogs which provided descriptions of each rod, "A longer 8'6 rod for #5 line that's perfect for light line trouting on bigger waters. Medium side of medium fast dry fly action and extra length that allows better control of drag. Smooth casting with minimum effort."
The rod is in near mint original condition, featuring a nickel silver screwlock slide band and lock ring, mortised burled walnut reel seat spacer, and a western grip. Elegantly swelled butt, slightly oxidized guides, darkly oxidized ferrules and tip tops, great ferrule fit.
"Every Individualist rod boasts a hand-rubbed, high-gloss varnish finish".
Transparent silk wraps with red edges and a black band at the tip tops and winding check. Comes with original bag with stiffener, brass-capped aluminum tube with label. The rod weighs 6 1/4 oz.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
