Scott Rod Co. Radian 9' 5wt Graphite Rod

For sale here is a Scott Rod Co. Radian -- 9' 5wt 4 pc. graphite fly rod. Serial no. 417150. The rod is in near mint condition with light wear to the cork. The Radian is Scott's current top of the line rod and is praised but almost all who fish it for its amazing action and good looks. 

The rod features an unsanded blank, typical of Scott rods. Grey wraps with orange tipping produce a handsome understated look. Bright guides. The rod is marked at 12" and at 20", a nice touch. The sleeve over ferrules fit together perfectly with silver witness marks for easy alignment. U-shaped hook keeper. The full wells grip is 6 1/2" in length and fits wonderfully in the hand. Black aluminum up-locking reel seat with a beautifully figured burl wood spacer. "Scott" is laser engraved on the bottom of the butt cap. The rod weighs a lean 2.85 oz. Scott's slogan for the rod is, "fast meets feel" and it truly lives up to this claim. Includes the original embroidered bag and tube with label.
