For sale here is a Phillipson Powr Pakt 8'6" 5-6wt. The rod is in very good condition though it has lived a full life. The rod is in original condition with the exception of both tips being down 1". The varnish shows light softening from humidity in a few isolated areas. There are also slight fishing sets in both tips. Dark pumpkin colored cane, gold/yellow wraps with black tipping. The script remains clean and bold. Gradually swelled butt. Aluminum winding check. Full wells grip is soiled and a bit ridged in places. Aluminum downlocking reel seat with gold anodized aluminum spacer. There is light wear around the rim of the butt cap as well as a bit of paint loss on the locking ring. The nickel silver ferrules are size 17/64 and 11/64. The fit is excellent. On the medium side of medium fast action. The rod provides a nice balance of power and finesse. The rod weighs 5.10 oz. Comes with replacement bag and no tube.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
