Kenney, Larry - 8'3 4-5wt Fiberglass Rod

For sale here is a Larry Kenney 8'3" 4-5wt 3 pc. fiberglass fly rod. Serial no. 11-10 835. The rod is in excellent plus condition having been fished sparingly. The rod features a clay-colored unsanded blank with transparent mahogany wraps. There is a yellow spiral pattern wrapped over the mahogany thread at the winding check, ferrules, and tip-top. Clay-colored witness marks. Lightly oxidized guides. Spigot ferrules with a perfect fit. There is a 1/4" gap between section when assembled to account for wear over time. Full wells grip with only light soiling. Brown oxidized cap and ring reel seat over a cork spacer. The reel seat bears a striking resemblance to the early G rod seats. The rod weighs 3 oz. A spectacular long and light line glass rod.....very nice medium fast action. Includes original bag and tube with label on the cap. These rods rarely surface on the resale market, so don't miss out on this one!
