For sale here is a Chris Carlin hollowbuilt hex bamboo rod - 7'6" 2/2 3wt. Excellent+ condition. All sections are full length and straight. The rod features moderately tempered cane with a 3 x 3 node pattern. Oxblood colored wraps with black tipping. Black wraps at the ferrules. The tip sections are differentiated by a longer tip-top wrap on one. The original owner's name is written on the butt along with the rod information. Bright guides and a rust colored agate stripper. Handsome, petite swelled butt. Garrison-style hook-keeper. Cigar grip 5 3/4" in length with light soiling and very light ridging around the thumb area of the grip. Nickel silver down-locking reel seat over a rosewood spacer. The step-down ferrules are size 11/64 with a great fit. Indented witness marks. The rod weighs 3.75 oz. The action is a buttery smooth medium-fast. Includes original bag and labeled tube.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
